Choose your preferred resolution—either a store credit, exchange, or refund—and download the prepaid shipping label provided instantly by our system.

Pack and Ship

Place the unworn, unwashed items back in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
